ESTIMATED TIME

The timeline for a web project can indeed vary based on several factors. A new website design typically requires four to six weeks, contingent upon the promptness of content delivery. Conversely, revamping an existing site with the current content can streamline the process, reducing the timeframe to approximately three to four weeks. This flexibility allows for efficient planning and resource allocation to meet project milestones effectively.

BILLING AND PAYMENT

To initiate the web development project, a 50% deposit is mandatory. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or within two months from the project’s commencement, whichever is earlier. I Opening Design will issue an invoice 30 days prior to the payment due date. In the event of non-payment, services will be suspended 75 days past due date. Hosting services will be terminated if payment is not received within 120 days. Notably, I Opening Design does not impose late fees. ASSIGNMENT

The clause mentioned here is a common provision in contracts known as an assignment clause. This is designed to protect the interests of the client, ensuring that the quality and conditions of the work agreed upon are not compromised by involving third parties who were not originally part of the contract.
